The Shimano Deore XT RD-M8100-SGS 12S Rear Derailleur offers fast and shockless shifting thanks to HYPERGLIDE+ technology. Its low-profile design includes a bumper added to the derailleur pulley cage. Shimano Shadow RD+ technology reduces chain slap and creates a quieter drivetrain.
This derailleur includes a large 13t pulley and is designed to be used with 1x12 drivetrain systems. It ensures a silent drivetrain in all gear positions with decreased rear derailleur and chain tension in low gear.
