The Vola Wax Iron is completely adjustable and ergonomic. Easily transportable, this iron maintains a high level of quality in build and performance. The thick base holds heat well to consistently and smoothly melt and spread wax.

    Working temperature range: 100C ~ 160C (212f ~ 320f), almost all solid wax can be melted and waxed.

    The heat can be adjusted by a thick 7.4 "x 3.7" x 0.6 "heating plate (19 x9.5 x 1.5 cm).
    When wax is melted, the non stick concave bottom plate with chamfered edges can easily slide along the base.

How to use wax iron

    Make sure that the iron does not touch any dry ski base. Keep the iron in the air and melt the wax from the iron dripping from the base. Use very low pressure to move the iron slowly.
    Keep the temperature of the iron low enough to melt the wax. Make sure there is no iron smoke. Melt the wax. Try to spread the wax evenly from the other end of the base to the other end slowly and patiently.
    The iron should move carefully and do not stop on the skis.
